Our company is an A+ accredited buisness with the BBB. We are experts in painting, trim carpentry, tile, wood/laminate/ vinyl and tile flooring. We also do bathroom remodels. We use a contract on all jobs and require a 50 percent down payment to start job.

"They said it would be a 3 day job. The first day they were there for 90 minutes. The second day they didn't show at all. The third they were there for 5 hours. Because they were so far behind and in a hurry to finish they pretty much threw the shower in, it doesn't align and they lied to my husband and said the shower door only could be installed one way, when in fact it would work opening to the left or the right. Then they asked for more money because the job took longer than expected."

If your concrete was poured and cured improperly, moisture can seep into the concrete. When the water freezes and thaws, it causes stress to the structure, leading to cracks and crumbling. If you pressure wash concrete on too high of a setting or sandblast the surface, the concrete can also crumble. 

If you’re not an experienced DIYer, consider hiring a local patio repair contractor to rescreen your porch or sunroom. Unless you’re only repairing a small rip or hole, this project is not an easy job. A professional can also make recommendations for materials that will work best for your porch.
