"Poor communication continues. Installation was delayed multiple times by an issue that could have been easily resolved with a call. An "electrician" installed the pool liner eight 8-weeks after the initial estimate but somehow broke our pool light. The broken pool light was then blamed on an issue with the GFCI outlet even though it worked without problem before they messed with it. Juan offered to have the guy that installed the pool liner fix the GFCI outlet but that would be at an additional cost paid directly to the "electrician". Upon completion, we intended to pay via credit card since it is listed on their sites as an accepted form of payment, but they informed us they do not accept CC payments. After discussing options they eventually agreed but added a percentage fee which adds a substantial amount to such a large purchase. Their concern was due to a potential chargeback. Now we know why. A few weeks after completion, we contacted Juan to inform them the pool coping was/is falling and breaking off into the pool. After multiple assurances that they would address this, they have not sent anyone to review or fix the issue. We have gotten several excuses about how busy they are without action. The pool liner is also not flush with the walls and there are multiple air pockets. Super disappointed."

We are a well established pool construction & pool and spa service center, we offer water testing in the store, and welcome troubleshooting questions regarding equipment and water chemistry with our customers. Our construction fees vary according to the work needed; jobs are bid, then completed per contract. We use licensed subcontractors, with established experience in pool construction. Service fees are $85. After the first hour, they are $85/hour. On site visit or on site troubleshoot is $49.95. If multiple visits are needed, i.e. parts are ordered, the time spent onsite is added together, rather than charging an additional service fee. Our service warranty is 30 days from initial installation. Warranty for the parts is provided by the manufacturer. We are a service center for Pentair Pool Products, Polaris, Sundance Spas, and Hot Springs Spas. Pool cleaning is bid per pool, most pools are $50 per visit. With weekly maintenance contract, chemicals are included in the price. For bi-weekly, monthly, one time, or green to clean visits, the chemicals are not included in the price. We test pool and spa water in the store, repair cleaners made by Polaris, Hayward, Kreepy, and Pentair, repair pool and spa pump in the store. Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "

Hot tub repair costs are less expensive than purchasing a new one, especially if your warranty is still intact. You can shop for a secondhand unit or find a deal for a trade-in. If the price to repair your hot tub is higher than the cost of a new one, consider replacing your unit.

Hot tub repairs cost between $200 and $500 on average. You can minimize those costs by maintaining your hot tub and keeping necessary supplies on hand. An elevated shelf in the garage is a great place to store your water care chemicals so that kids and pets will stay safe and you’ll always have them around. 

Your hot tub should be drained of existing water, cleaned, and refilled every three to four months at a minimum. Follow your tub manufacturer’s recommendations for cleaning, and rinse thoroughly when finished to eliminate any residue from the cleaning products. This is also a good time to inspect your tub’s cover in good lighting for any leaks, tears, or other damage that might cause problems. 

Using your hot tub manufacturer’s suggested cleaners and methods, keep your hot tub filters clean to avoid a loss of water heat. This will help extend the filter’s useful life and efficiency. If the filter is more than two to three years old, replace it with a new one and buy a second filter to keep around as a spare.

To refill a hot tub after winter, start by opening up the tub and giving it a quick cleaning. If you use antifreeze, drain out the water then grab a hose and thoroughly clean the tub shell out, spraying water into each jet of the tub. 

Reconnect the hot tub and turn the power back on. When it’s time to fill the tub again, insert the hose into the filter well (if available). Avoid trapping too much air in the water lines, which can cause the pump to lock up when it starts again. Add the necessary chemicals and start the heating process. It will take some time—most of a full day—for the water to heat up again.

Most hot tubs will experience leaks due to wear and tear in the plumbing or the shell itself. The second most common issue is a heater malfunction due to the ongoing heat stress on moving parts. Finally, clogs happen in hot tub jets, especially when it’s time to change the filter.

Algae-related green hot tub water is generally safe to use, as algae aren't usually harmful to your health. However, if the conditions in the hot tub are hospitable to algae growth, they may also be hospitable to the growth of other types of microorganisms, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacteria that can cause hot tub rash, or Legionella bacteria, which can cause respiratory illness.
