"I called back David due a a great experience reconstructing our home in 2013 (see review). David and his crew installed a weather vane on the top one of our three chimneys. It is a tall chimney and it was done with grace. Also this solution provided a bonus since that chimney was leaking water when rained from the top.
The solution fixed the problem and looks great.
I will hire David in a heart beat if needed. Great contractor and an honest person.

"What we originally agreed to have done, there was one thing he couldn't finish. He did make it up rather than not finish what we contracted him for. He looked at something else for us for no extra charge. He had to have a specific tool to finish up the project I was having him out for but he didn't have it, it had broken. He was like, 'Rather than me coming back out and having to charge you additional, here is what you need to do to finish this.' I was like, okay. Then, I was asking him about all the pipes connecting to the pool from the tank. He went and took a look and helped make sure that everything was operating well. He kind of went above trying to do the right thing. He had all his equipment but he just didn't have that very particular equipment that he needed. I probably won't use him again. My husband is a 'fix it' man but he had traveled and so I had used him as a second choice. It was more of a necessity at the time."

"Project was completed in 1 day (approx 9 am to 6 pm). Owner and staff were very professional, experienced, and did a great job. Workers also recaulked a large bay window in the back of the house and did some mortar work around the exterior of the house. I have some excess dirt around the pier installation sites, but Foreman asked where to place the excess and had them place in an area around the back yard. Would definitely use them again."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"As people who live in Oklahoma know, we get hail storms every year. I have had a new roof on my house 3 times in the last 5 years. After the last storm Stacie from Roca Roofing came by the house. From the start she was nothing by nice to my family. I never felt like she was pushy. She got on the roof and took some pictures for me to see. She was very knowledgeable and even sat in the living room and helped me file my claim. At first I was a little thrown off by a female, but she did things better than any other company I had used in the past. She was there when my insurance company came out and was always making sure I understood everything. My ex husband had always handled all the claims before so this was all very new to me. Stacie never moved on with anything until she was sure that I understood what was going on. She took a lot of time to explain the products to me and we had fun picking out a roof color. The guys that put on the roof did a great job. It looks AWESOME! They were great about cleaning up after themselves! They did break a light on the outside of the house while tearing off the old roof, but Stacie called to let me know what happened and it was replaced 2 days later. Stacie was on site checking in during the installation on the roof and always called me at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything. The guy, David that did all the inside work on my house was very nice as well. He did a great job and cleaned up very well. I am hard to please when it comes to my house and I was very happy with all the work that was completed. It was 100 percent painless for me! I highly recommend using Roca Roofing and I would call Stacie for sure!! I cant speak for anyone else there but her, but she was AMAZING!! If I ever have to get a new roof again, I will be calling her back. It is one thing  to have a good sales person, but to get a great sales person and have everyone that did the work be great as well is even better! I honestly can not speak more highly of Stacie and Roca. I have sent several friends and family members to her as well. I think it was nice working with a woman because lets face it, men are just programmed different and she really gets what it takes to keep a woman happy, lol. I wasn't going to do this review, but I got a phone call from her about 2 weeks ago just checking on things and making sure that everything still looked good and that I had not had any issues. You just don't get that with anything anymore these days. I hope that someone reading this will decide to use her. She helped us so much that I hope this review can in some way help her. Tree Work: His Arborist was very professional and removed all the trees necessary for construction. He also removed a bunch of trees that were not related but needed taken down. The chipped all of it and removed it all cleanly. Very professional.

Stump Removal: The Stump Guy was also very professional and quick, grinding down all the stumps of trees that the Arborist had cut, Professional Job.

Site Work. The Site work was performed buy the Concrete contractor. The primary issue I had with the drive and the site was drainage, The contractor made sure that there was no issue with this. I also got a gravel drive to the garage. Very knowledgeable in this regard.

Concrete: The concrete that was poured for the foundation of the garage is excellent. One of the reasons I waited over a year to write a review was that I wanted to see how everything held up. The concrete floor in the garage is smooth per my request with no stress grooves. Since it has been poured I have not found one crack. Built to my specifications. Excellent Job.

Framing: The carpenters knew what they were doing and built the garage without plans. Only thing I needed to insure that the Roof Joists were spaced properly, which they corrected after framing was complete. The garage matched the house. I had asked for Steel reinforced headers which were installed. Good Job.

Masonry: Brickwork is excellent quality, better than the house. Very Nice.

Finishing: The garage door, window and other door were installed correctly, I asked for "The largest attic door he could find" and the one installed is perfect. Paint is a dead match for the house. Brick is also a perfect match.

Price: The price was higher than I was planning to pay, but when you consider all the work that needed to be done, and the fact that I had only one person to deal with (Jess) It was worth it. Out of the three contractors I contacted, Jess was the only one that actually took his time, had his guys come out and take a look, and gave me a real price.
