We have an older home (1984 build) with a very large open, back patio. Water erosion and tree roots had wrecked havoc on the concrete causing joint erosion, extensibe wide cracks, shifting and lift. We find ways to repair the leak, with minimal damage to the home. We repair and install tank-less and traditional tank style hot water heaters. "They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."

We are a small company started from scratch and working our way up. our goal is excellent customer satisfaction as well as great customer service. we are not here to rip off customers like some other companies, but to be better than competitive in prices with above average service. that is why i only charge overtime on sundays, instead of starting at 5:00 on weekdays and all weekend, and no double time on sunday as is normal with other companies. we are on call 24/7. i may not be able to come immediately, but will tell you the quickest that i can respond. emergencies take precedence over others, but i will never leave one job unfinished to go to another. i appreciate all criticisms. thank you for your consideration, but please keep in mind, i have to work a full time job to pay my bills at home, so my company is my second job. please do not expect me to leave my paying job to come to you, i will get to you as soon as possible.
