"If you are in need of foundation repair, I highly recommend JC Pro Foundation. I recently used them to install piers at one of my rental properties. Their service was excellent from start to finish. They arrived at the jobsite at the designated time with a large enough crew to complete installing 13 piers in one day. My tenants were very complementary of how the workers took care to cause as little disturbance to them as possible. I’ve also used them to make repairs at a property that was under contract to sell. They arranged their work schedule to accommodate our short timeframe so the property could close as scheduled. They did a GREAT job. "The job was only partially complete. The shop floor was leveled in the worst areas in the back, but now the front middle lower than the rest. The door and the garage door no longer shut properly, and the sidewalk in front is destroyed. Mr. Ramos promised he would make it right every time I contacted him many, many times. It was part my fault for paying him before he completed the job and trusting him to do the right thing."
