"I was very pleased with the entire experience with Bailey s Roofing. They were quick to send someone out to give me an estimate on replacing my roof and scheduling a date to start the work. They started on the day they said they would and finished that same day. They also cleaned up the area completely when they were finished with the work. The new roof looks great. "Install process went smooth. Anytime I called they were always very helpful. Only real downside was that the glass break sensors didn't adhere to the wall well. Support recommended screwing them to the wall and that fixed it."

"The $99 service was not enough to do any fixes, he did apply some caulk. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and nice but I felt that the primary function of the service was to sell me on the need for a new roof. Which I agree I do need.

I put in request on Angi and had over 10 responses and some were ridiculous for first clean and they were so reasonable and each follow up clean now is great price."
