The groundworks crew did a really good job on lifting and leveling our house that was 2 inches low and the basement wall on the front of house was falling into the inside of basement, they got it leveled and secured the wall from collapsing. The pace of work slowed significantly after the crew lost their foreman, which was definitely understandable. At the end of the day on Friday my wife was told the work was done by the acting foreman. When I got home after work I noticed that the basement support poles were not installed. I called the office and setup for them to come back at 9 am on the next Tuesday. They had not showed up by noon so I called to check and was told they would be there in the afternoon instead. The crew was still without their foreman and took a lot longer than they first estimated to install the basement poles. Overall the workmanship was good, the price was fair, and they did a good job of cleaning up. The punctuality was not great, but I think losing the foreman had a lot to do with it."
