They profited off selling their shelters, but when they found out many customers had leaking shelters, they closed their company so they would not have to spend money upholding their warranty. This company was owned by crooks out to screw their customers."

Dustin arrived and provided me with examples of the windows from three brand/manufacturers for comparison and spent much time reviewing the options available. This was different from the other local windows companies that stuck with one brand. D&C also provided the option to change four arched windows over to rectangular windows for savings and also redoing the exterior facet. Dustin spent hours going through all the customization options that were not available from any of the other companies and it was the lowest priced quote. We kept in touched throughout the entire process from quote, decision on the windows/colors, measurements, delivery, installation, final walk through. The work was completed yesterday and we are thrilled with the new windows. The guys are very outgoing and we will be using them for future projects."

"The tile work was very well done. We had picked out the tile before work was started, but Ronnie went and picked it up. He talked about the different layouts and he answered all of our questions. We really liked the threshold design that went in the doorways when the tile pattern changed direction. There was a nice selection of granite for the countertops, and the finished installation looks very nice. He updated the shower, removing a bench and enlarging the doorway. He added tile insets to hold toiletries. Excellent attention to detail. I was "griping" about having to paint the master bathroom and closet, and he added that for a very reasonable fee. He took care of all demolition and debris, and cleaned up daily."
