"My master bath shower leaked into our bedroom and soaked the carpet. I had a plumber come out and he told me that it was the shower pan and that they would need to tear out a foot of tile on the wall and the entire shower floor and replace the pan. That plumber said that he would get back to me with a quote and never did. My wife called Everett and he came out to look at it and he spent every bit of an hour and a half filling the shower and inspecting for leaks. No leaks were found coming from under the wall so he began looking at the shower and noticed that some spots were missing grout. He told me that could be part of the problem and he put a little dab of caulk in the corners where the grout was missing. We have been using it like normal and so far no leaks. Everett was much more helpful than the plumber. Everett spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what could have made the shower leak opposed to the plumber who just wanted to get in and out. Everett is very thorough, very nice and professional. I would definitely use his services again."

They did a wonderful job on the 2 step down areas. We have a sunken living room, so they had to correlate the hall with the living room at the step down and the dining room with the living room. They did an excellent job and very speedy at that. We were very pleased."
