"I was absolutely dreading the roof replacement process. Everything I read said to get at least 3 estimates. I called the Top 3 on Angie's List. The other 2 companies were really great. But from the moment I met Dave (David Rodriguez) they didn't have a chance. I expected the salesman schmooz. Dave is real. Starting with him talking me through the entire process. He thought of every single detail no matter how small. Including suggesting my dogs stay at a friends so they wouldn't be freaked out by all the noise. He even called an electrician to do some electrical work for me (who was also very good!) He expertly dealt with my insurance company. My insurance company initially sent me a very small amount. Dave went through and pointed out errors and stayed after them till I got more money from them (they ended up cutting me two more checks). I have been promised the world from different contractors, always to end up slightly disappointed. With Air Roofing every single detail that was promised me, was delivered. Literally Everything!! Dave is amazing! His crew is great! Hard working and professional. Every nail and all debris was cleaned up. I have a small home but I was treated like I was his top client! "The original work date was set up for a day that I would be off from work because I prefer to be onsite while work is being done in or around my home. Due to bad weather, Mr Vargas and I decided to postpone the date. Mr. Vargas convinced me to have it done on a day that I would, unfortunately, have to be at work. The power washing was successful with the exception of a piece of siding that was blown down from high up on the back side of the house. I advised Mr. Vargas of the problem and asked him to bring a tall ladder when he stopped by for payment so that he could put the siding back in place. Mr. Vargas arrived an hour and a half later than the designated time and did not have a ladder with him but promised he would send a workman by to fix the siding. The workman never came by and Mr. Vargas stopped answering my voice messages. It was my error to pay him before getting the siding back in place but I trusted Mr Vargas to follow up on his word. I waited over a week for Mr. Vargas to get back to me at which time I finally decided to contact a relative with a tall ladder to put the siding back in place.
In summary, the siding was cleaned to my satisfaction but the disregard for my time and customer satisfaction has led me to give Vargas Painting a lower rating and I will not be hiring them for future projects.

Jake was effective in working with us and our insurance company in helping us understand the process, from the initial visit by the claims adjustor, all the way through the final roofing install. The roofing crew were very professional and efficient. They replaced an area of bad decking, kept a clean job site and finished in just 2 days. As an additional item, we elected to have them install solar power roof vents, which will help keep our attic cooler in the hot Oklahoma summers. Every time I go outside and look at my new roof, I’m glad I used Outdoor Creations. Good job!"
