"As a renter moving out, I hired Elevated Cleaning Solutions to do the move-out deep clean May 20. 1900 sq ft house. 1 story. Empty. Hired two ladies for 2.5 hours PLUS added on the fridge and oven cleaning to ensure they were done. Total cost of $275. Price was good. Ladies finished early as I assumed they would. I went by the house and did a quick walk through and everything looked and smelled great. Gave a 5 star rating (that I can't find anywhere to adjust). The rental company took a week before they went out to finish their review. Sent me a message that the baseboards and floors had not been cleaned - they could see dog hair. Honestly, I thought it was impossible. Contacted ECS and they asked me to provide pictures. So I went to the house to check - 45 min drive by the way. Sure enough. Using a broom, I swept up a lot of dog hair and dirt. Maybe they just missed the floors as the last thing they do. Took pictures of the dust pan full of hair and dirt, and dirty baseboards and sent to them. Called the company and they said I only had a 24-48 hour window to adjust. Since I already paid, the window had expired and I gave a 5 star rating, they are done. Said it was my problem. What I learned: Find a better cleaning company than Elevated Cleaning Solutions. Never trust a company that won't stand behind their work. Regardless of the window, this was an empty house and no one had been it in since them. Quite obviously a mistake they could have solved quickly. I have since cleaned the floors and baseboards myself. I will not be using this company ever again. Highly recommend you do the same."

"Chris Knox discussed the project in detail with us over the phone. He drove down and we went over the entire scope of the project. He was very patient with us as we looked at the color charts and how the application would look with our home. After making a decision on what we wanted him to do, he ordered the products. When he came back, WE changed what we wanted him to do in the garage. He was kind and never disagreed with what we wanted. He made the changes and got to work. He brought 2 young men that worked from the moment he set them on task. They didn't look up from the job. He brought a trailer with all the equipment needed for the project. The young men loaded everything out of the garage, cleaned the floor and got to work on the overlay. There is down time as they have to wait for the product to dry but as soon as they could get back on the job, they were back on it. We added additional areas for him to do and he priced the job and it was affordable. He sealed the slate floor in our sunroom. It looks fantastic. He did the garage and we added on the front walkway and porch and back patio. We are very happy with what he did and his workers. We can provide pictures of what he did if you have any questions."
