They repaired the air return that I had called about; better than it was originally, ensuring that the problem wouldn't happen again. I had a dripping faucet that a plumber had told me would have to be replaced at a cost of about $200.00 plus a service call. Mr. Smith said to let him take a look at it; and he repaired it in about ten minutes. The cost of both jobs was a fraction of what I had been quoted for just a service call to access the problems. Both servicemen were very professional and respectable & didn't leave a mess.
