"A crew from Groundworks installed eight floor supports and encapsulated our crawl space last week. Jorge, Isaac, Kenny, Zacch, and Anthony did a great job! They worked very long hours to complete our project in a timely fashion and were great to interact with. They identified several plumbing and air duct problems and brought them to my attention. Jorge, the team leader, was great about communicating with me and keeping me well informed. The after job clean-up was very thorough. Jorge has been available by phone for my questions even after they have moved on to another job. These guys are very deserving of five stars. Also, I want to give a shout out to Anthony who did our inspection/estimate. He was very thorough and patient and made everything understandable. Another five-star guy!"

"This is probably the most professional, hard working company I have ever delt with. They removed a tree in the back yard and didn't even disturb the newly planted flowers next to it. All of the men were skilled, hard working and very nice. Three trees were entangled in the power lines and they had no problem removing them without bringing down the lines. Another company told me that it could not be done. Tip Top proved them wrong. The only thing that might be a problem with some is that they don't do small jobs, only 1/2 day or more. I have used several other companies but that are so much better."
