It went very well, the installers were on time, courteous, and got the job done. Took them a day and a half to complete the job. Very happy with the windows! They are a great improvement over the old double pane metal windows we had. We would have ice on the inside of the windows in the winter and bad condensation causing some Sheetrock issues. These windows were installed Dec. 2, 2014. Haven't had any condensation issues since the install and have used less propane than usual for heating. Wasn't sure if we would like the casement windows but we do, they are so easy to open and the windows look so much bigger, and they are supposed to be more energy efficient. We had a couple of issues after install and The Womble Company ordered replacement parts without even coming back out to check, just sent them a picture and it was taken care of. They were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them. One reason we went with this company was they have been in business so long, thought that was a good indicator of their product and service.

Contractors arrived on time. Lead was very polite and helpful. Work crew did not speak English, only Spanish. They were very polite though. Picked up after the job. Took care to not make a huge mess while completing the work. Knew what they were doing. First day install was suppose to happen it was raining so when they arrived we rescheduled so that rain would not enter the house during removal and install of new windows. After install lead walked me through how all the windows worked, got me all the proper paperwork.

Matt from Pella was fantastic. Came out and did home consult. Very polite, friendly, professional. Followed up after install and we were able to call him through out to have questions answered which was great.

We are enjoying our new windows. We no longer have ice build up inside our windows and water damage from the dampness on the inside of them. As our old windows gave us both of those problems. The outside noise has been reduced which is a huge plus, having PTSD it is incredibly nice to not hear the sirens wail as loudly every Saturday when they are being tested, not to mention how much cooler the inside of our home is during the warm summer months with the sun pouring in through our windows.

I use the AC less in the summer. But our bills have not gone down. Our walls have no insulation in them though. But we have added insulation in attic, which previously had none, along with the new windows. Once I have insulation blown into the walls and air leaks are stopped there, I am sure I will see a energy savings.

However we do NOT regret the windows at all. They were one of the best investments. The house stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer even without using the AC or furnace.

Their service worked fine. They have a good product and their service is good. They are not cheap, but the price is not outlandish for high quality products. They were punctual and had to delay putting the windows in because we had heavy rain when they were supposed to come. They delayed installation for a day.

They did a real good job. The price was reasonable. They seemed to be pretty prompt and took care of the job. They did more than necessary when they started the installation. The price was a little steep but everything else was really good.

We have had several different installations done as we can afford them. Each one went very well. They come and remove and haul away old windows and replace them with new energy efficient windows complete with outside trim and very nice wood trim on the inside. The new windows look like they are original to the house. The crews clean up and haul away all trash and debris. They even wash the windows! The crews are knowledgeable and respectful. They are also quick to respond to any problems that may arise and come back for any warranty work that would need attending to.

We got bids from four different companies.  The bid from Womble was competitive with two and considerably less than one other.  With a reasonable bid we went with what we considered to be the name brand (Pella).  We also like the salesman we were dealing with (Matt) better than any of the others.
It was two months between signing the deal, (and making a 50% downpayment), and the installation.  But the installation crew showed up bright and early on the date they had predicted.  They worked long and hard to get the job done in two days, as the weather was scheduled to turn really cold the next day.  It's been six weeks since installation and we have discovered no problems with what they did.
Our only reservation is that we wish we had gotten an estimate from Lowe's, who also sell Pella products.  We would have had to check closely to make sure the products were the same, but I suspect Lowe's bid would have been somewhat less.
However, we are totally happy with the Pella windows & doors from Womble.  They are beautiful!

They did a good job; I'd give them two thumps up. They came out here and measured twice, made sure that they did things correctly. Their service guys were professional, very skilled and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and they even did a couple of other things for me; they went above and beyond.

Had a full glass front door, side garage door, and sliding patio door installed in a 12 foot opening.  Installers showed up when they said they would and did excellent work in a timely manner.  Doors look great.

I hired Womble Co. to measure 1 window in my new bathroom... I chose to do one, so I could see the quality work they did. I went to the showroom and asked specific questions to know if this company would do the quality work that I required. ie, fitting window close to studs, making sure window fit securely against outside brick with minimum amount of caulk, etc... I was assured by the sales lady that I had nothing to worry about, that what you see in the showroom is what they do in the field. Keep in mind, I asked direct questions, and got direct ansers.
Upon delivery, my contractor (not womble) put the window in. The problem was, the measurement was to the INSIDE of the sheetrock, not to the exterior brick. SO, on the outside, I have 3/8 of an inch gap ALL THE WAY AROUND, not to mention I had steetrock between the window and the studs!!! I allerted everyone of the problem and was told "that is the way Pella reccomends the measurement taking and instalation"   WAIT, in the showroom they assured me they window would be solid to the studs, and the window would be tight to the brick...
Then I was told the sales lady doesn't install, so she couldn't have answered my questions anyway! WHAT?! She is the face of the company, and she doesn't know how windows are installed? She never once told me I needed to ask someone else!
Even Lowes advertises the windows would have 1/8 inch caulk joint...  not 3/8!
I relented, I can't seem to be able to get Womble to remeasure and remake, so I had them install it thinking at least lets put it in "offically by womble"   I just wanted the nightmare over.  I just had the granite man out to put a sill on the window, and found out, not only was it not level, its cocked out on one side...  grrrrrr... never will I allow Womble in my house, and they will never do another window for  me!

Working with Pella was a great experience.  The installers were very professional and efficient and neat.  Other than the high price tag, the experience was very positive.  Spending the money was a difficult decision, but Pella was the only company that could meet all our needs.  I love the windows!!  Our beautiful Pella French Door was purchased at Lowe's for a lower price, but I wanted to mention it because the product is beautiful!

We purchased Pella sliding doors and windows in 2003.  We just had repairs done, and it reminded me what a good experience we had with the Womble Company way back then, and I wanted to share that.   The installers were so professional and treated our house like their own.  The logistics of the installation in our tri-level house was challenging, but they were great.  The quality of the Pella products is superb.
In preparing to sell our home, we needed the blinds in two patio door windows repaired.  Our cats had chewed off on the pull strings so that we could not lower the blinds without losing the string.   Athena, the Service Manager, found that our doors were still under warranty (9 years later) and had the blinds replaced for free.   Athena's  helpfulness and pleasant personality reminded me why I was so impressed with the Womble Company all those years ago.   Apparently, things haven't changed.   Wish every company operated like they do.

I visited almost all of the businesses in Tulsa that sold and installed windows.  Some didn't carry wood frame windows.  I wanted wood frames to get a good match with existing windows that didn't need to be replaced.  Others carried windows that seemed to be of lesser quality.  I felt most comfortable with the Womble Company, who carried Pella and had been in business locally for 90 years.  I wanted to deal with a company that I felt would stand behind both the installation and the product. The Womble Company ordered and installed the 6 windows for me and I was very pleased with how the entire job was done.  The workmen who did the installation were very professional and pleasant and seemed to be very well-trained.  They even replaced some rotted wood around 3 of the windows at no extra cost.  They did not make much of a mess and cleaned up after themselves perfectly.  I would definitely hire this company again to replace any more windows should it become necessary.
