They bring their own cleaning supplies, but use my vacuum. After they are finished , they do a walk through with me to check to see if I am satisfied with their work. Of course this includes painting, fixing holes left by radiator system in floors and ceilings. Entirely rebuilt deck. Also added on a sunroom with about 20 windows and exterior door. Worked well with other contractors (plumbing and electric)."
