And they didn't bat an eye when we had a weird circumstance arise: we hired Okie Dokie Cleaning to clean a house we were moving into. However, there was a mistake made with the transfer of the utilities account from the previous owner to ourselves so the night before the cleaning crew arrived the electricity was cut off. That happened - of course - on a Friday night so we couldn't get it straightened out until Monday. I scrambled and found a generator and when Okie Dokie arrived the next day, they knew they'd be finishing having to run extension cords for lamps, etc. out to this generator. They still got the job done, fairly promptly, with no complaints. When we could see everything the next day, the hardwood floors were stunning. They did a very good job throughout the house. Honestly, there were some drawers and cabinets that weren't cleaned out as we'd expected, but we're not so sure that wasn't due to the extenuating circumstances. All in all, we are very pleased and plan to hire Okie Dokie Cleaning again."
