We are a small company started from scratch and working our way up. our goal is excellent customer satisfaction as well as great customer service. we are not here to rip off customers like some other companies, but to be better than competitive in prices with above average service. that is why i only charge overtime on sundays, instead of starting at 5:00 on weekdays and all weekend, and no double time on sunday as is normal with other companies. we are on call 24/7. i may not be able to come immediately, but will tell you the quickest that i can respond. emergencies take precedence over others, but i will never leave one job unfinished to go to another. i appreciate all criticisms. thank you for your consideration, but please keep in mind, i have to work a full time job to pay my bills at home, so my company is my second job. please do not expect me to leave my paying job to come to you, i will get to you as soon as possible.

Water pressure regulators are commonly located near where the main water line enters the home. They’re often found in basements, utility areas, or outside near the water meter. They’re shaped like a bell and are critical for controlling the water pressure coming into the home from the public water supply.

Liquid drain cleaners are harsh chemicals that can erode your pipes. To treat a slow drain or for preventative maintenance, pour hot water down the drain to break up gunk and help move it along. Make sure the water isn’t boiling hot (keep it under 140 degrees Fahrenheit) if you have plastic pipes. However, you’ll need to pull the clog out for bigger backups. 

A couple of components work together to control your shower's water pressure. A water pressure regulator, located near your main water shut-off valve, will control the pressure as water enters your home. From there, your shower valve does the heavy lifting. Other factors that impact water pressure include the type of showerhead you install (rain showerheads tend to have lower water pressure than traditional wall-mounted showerheads) and whether the local building code requires a flow restrictor.

A gurgling toilet usually doesn’t mean that your septic tank is full. If waste can’t drain into a full septic tank, you’ll see water and sewage backing up into your fixtures, but the air that causes gurgling is a result of poor venting. You are more likely to have a clog in your vent stack or a damaged air admittance valve.

Building codes don’t allow homeowners or businesses to run sewer pipes and water lines in the same trench for safety and environmental purposes. If the sewer line started leaking, it would risk contaminating the water supply to your house, which threatens the health of you and your family. These lines need to be in separate trenches and may need to be separated both horizontally by around 5 to 10 or more feet and vertically by 12 to 18 or more inches.
