The work started on a Thursday and was supposed to finish before the weekend, but the foreman broke his finger on the second day. The pace of work slowed significantly after the crew lost their foreman, which was definitely understandable. At the end of the day on Friday my wife was told the work was done by the acting foreman. When I got home after work I noticed that the basement support poles were not installed. I called the office and setup for them to come back at 9 am on the next Tuesday. They had not showed up by noon so I called to check and was told they would be there in the afternoon instead. The crew was still without their foreman and took a lot longer than they first estimated to install the basement poles. Overall the workmanship was good, the price was fair, and they did a good job of cleaning up. The punctuality was not great, but I think losing the foreman had a lot to do with it."
"The crawl space encapsulation they did on my new house is perfect. After 3 years, it's still dry & clean. Recently, the de-humidifier displayed an error message and quite operating. I contacted the company and within 2 days he had inspected the unit and we had a plan for a replacement at no cost to me. I have no idea how long the de-humidifier had been out of service before I noticed, but in the time it took to get the new unit installed, the crawl space stayed perfectly dry.
