"Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property.
 A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work.

"I have rebar holding up all of the rock around myvflower beds. I had these guys aerate my yard and they did a great job. The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response.
