"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"We have a 2+ acre lot and had used Kody at our previous residence so asked if he could handle the new lot. We were told yes and sent 3 contracts all of which required a year round payment for"cheaper month to month" (this ended up not being true ) and as we like to do much of the work ourselves we chose the least cost option to try out first...what followed was being treated like nobody's. They showed up once only weed wacked and never came back. The next time they showed up on a Friday then said they were coming again Monday...okay? They came and half mowed our front yard and left. I reached out after two days of no word and was told they wouldn't be back until the following Monday! It's a holiday weekend...left us hanging and now we have to do it all ourselves if we want our guests to not cring at our property! Awful experience all around this is only scrathcing the surface."
