"My 88 year old mother was no longer able to go to her back patio or backyard because she could not go up or down the stairs leading from her house to the back.  Mr Wiggins searched the local hardware stores and lumber yards until he found a metal railing that was perfect for the stairs.  He installed the railing and it is very secure.  My mother can now navigate the stairs and enjoy her plants on the back patio.  Mr Wiggins was polite and professional and went out of his way to help my mother. We are ever so grateful.

"It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "
