"Carpet cleaning was good; furniture cleaning didn't meet my expectations, but I didn't clarify them to begin with. I wanted the cat hair removed, but that wasn't done. However, the operator offered another carpet cleaning in the future for free. I can't ask more than that.

"Seshi did an absolutely amazing job. I live in the country and there is a lot of dust as well as have long haired dogs that definitely put my carpets to the test.
