"Corey, the owner of Lee’s Plumbing, saw my request - on a Friday night - on Angie’s List, and he texted me! Asked me to call him. He said he could check out our water heater, which was very old and leaking, and came by the next morning. Corey was SO nice and helpful and communicative! He advised us that a 50 gallon tank was plenty for our household of 4 (we had a 75 gal) and that he could install it early the next week. Corey came by on Saturday morning, gave us a written quote for our home warranty company, and we settled on an install on Monday. Corey showed up Monday, right on time with a new water heater and a smile on his face! He brought a helper to get out our old 70-gallon tank up the stairs. In no time at all, the new heater was installed and the old, leaking tank was hauled away. Corey completely cleaned up the wet basement and solved our problem in no time! "This company is inexperienced with the installation of interior doors. The staining and installation was the worst it could possibly be. The doors were cut improperly leaving gaps. The hinges were rounded on the corners but the area on the trim was hatched out in squares. The measurements were written on the door exposing it when opened. There was a hole where the door knob was installed. When the owner arrived he was unprofessional and admitted they never installed doors. Additionally the floors they laid for us had gaps in the center which they filled with caulk. Again poor measurements. The owner is a good talker but the work leaves a lot to be desired. He did refund a portion of the money but we lost 2 months and need to start over again. Be cautious if hiring this company."

"John replaced the house sewer line due to tree root intrusion and adressed a recent city main sewer line backup. The scope of work included digging, old sewer line replacement, installing a back flow check valve to prevent future city sewerage backup and refill and level the dirt back to grade. John was very careful and considerate of the landscape during the work with minimal disturbance to the area. He was very efficient and professional from the project scope, quote, schedule and project completion.
