"My microwave oven broke right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Help!!! I called By All Means And More and, as usual, they rescued me. They installed my new microwave very quickly. They came just a few days after I called them and put me into their schedule as an emergency. I have used these guys for all sorts of construction and fixes around the house. "We originally scheduled Allen and A.N.Y. Construction to repaint our kitchen cabinets. A couple of weeks later, before our scheduled dates with ANY, we had an accident with a laundry room flood that did a lot of water damage, primarily in the finished basement but also to some engineered hardwood in the kitchen. Allen graciously allowed us to change the scope of work to include drywall and vinyl plank flooring replacement in the basement. Rather than fix the hardwood in the kitchen, we went with a full tile replacement. Allenâ s crew are a hardworking and dedicated bunch. It took a little longer than we expected and had its fair share of hiccups. Any large project does. The tenacity of the crew and Allenâ s attention to detail assured a quality job in the end. Weâ re so thankful for Allen and ANY construction and would not hesitate to call them back for our next project. "Very satisfied with the work performed.  Didn't cut corners...used treated lumber for the bottom plate of walls (though our basement is about as watertight as one could be), insulated up into the floor joists along the exterior walls, etc.  Most days Jodie (and his 1 or 2 employees) showed up promptly at 8:30 a.m. and put in an 8 hour day.  Some individual projects (like re-locating the water heater) took longer than expected but I understand things like that will happen.  Each day after they left I felt that adequate progress had taken place.  I was very hands on during the entire project, I always wanted to know what the 'plan for the day' was, how was he going to do this or that, etc.  Jodie made sure that he knew exactly what I wanted.  Project took approximately a week longer to complete than estimated due to some unforeseen issues.  I would hire Jodie again in a heartbeat, as a matter of fact, Jodie and I have already discussed 2 future projects."

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
