"It went very well. All major work was done in one day. All old equipment was removed and disposed of at no extra cost. Techs cleaned up everything. Minor modifications had to be made to the air ducts to match the new equipment, this was done in a very professional manor. System works great! I am very pleased with the workmanship.

Yes. Your air supply should be balanced. The return and supply ducts need to maintain that balance, and this only occurs because an equal amount of air should be entering and leaving your HVAC system.
