"It was worst customer service experience I have had in my life. I am not one to post bad reviews but I felt this was necessary. I called in initially. I was told I would get a call back for an evaluation that morning. That afternoon, I had not heard anything, so I had called them back. I was transferred to a guy who identified himself as the owner. After asking me about the project, he discovered that I had some knowledge about decking, and at that time, informed me "this wasn't going to work".
