He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. Chester arrived on time with his crew.  They had the entire area prepped and ready to pour the concrete by early afternoon.  The project was completed by around 6 p.m.  We were told about the curing process, such as when our dogs could walk on the new area and when the grill could be moved.

They sealed it, they stained the wood that was older and put it all back together. They were on top of the roof sealing things and make sure no rain could get in. The whole job was amazing.
