Fully insured. - I provide general contracting services as well as electrical, mechanical and plumbing services that do not require a permit or license. I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with 20+ years of experience in maintenance and construction services. NEZ Maintenance is currently vetted by several national facilities maintenance service providers to provide services in retail environments as well as other commercial facilities. I have never had a complaint leveled against me by a customer and am a preferred vendor. I take pride in our work and gauge our success by "customer satisfaction" both with the quality of the work done and the value we give to the customer. Cost is determined by the job required. I have been in the maintenance business long enough to to be able to give you an estimate of the cost. For service calls: No travel charge within 20 miles. Travel charge of $25 outside of 20 miles. For quotes: No charge for quotes. Cost for time incurred will be added to the quote. My normal rates are 35$/hour plus $20 hour for additional workers. Weekend and after hour charges will be time and a half. Emergency calls will be charged double time. Payment terms: Service calls (General Handyman Services completed same day): Payable in full at the completion of the work agreed to.
