"The crew arrived as scheduled. The crew leader seemed unsure to me about the job specifics so I had the office double check with him and then we were all on the same page. They removed the old fence and posts, dug new ones and put up the new fence in about 5 hours. I wasn't home when the crew finished and I was unhappy when I got home with the height of the fence fabric on the gates, the muddy mess they left on the sidewalk and the the way one corner was done. I contacted the office and within an hour, the crew was back and adjusted everything that I had a problem with. Love being able to text a company and get an answer.
