"Dave Smith was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and patient. We added new items to our order at the 12th hour and he came back twice to make sure that everything was completed as we desired. We also had Alarm Protection Group secure our office. Dave Smith and Co. make the process very easy-Highly recommended."

"Our dealings with Protect Your Home/ADT were delightful. We received a call back very fast after requesting a quote through Angie's List. We were able to complete everything on the phone; there was no paperwork or downtime. I had to call Customer Service with a question about the keypad, and they ended up telling me other helpful details on top of my original question."

"I had a bit of trouble with my molding around the doors vs how the system was designed. The tech guy hung with me for 39 minutes until it was perfect. I called customer service a couple times after that with questions that came up. The customer service team are professional and knowledgeable."

"I had a security system in place that had transferred ownership to 3 companies in total. I needed service on the system and received poor customer service and outrageous pricing for a small service needed. That inspired me to look elsewhere for a new security system provider. I came across Jeremy and Larry from 1st Security LLC and all I can say, being a person in the service industry, they came through big time. Not only were they punctual and knowledgeable, they were plain old nice !!!! From the quote with Jeremy to the install with Larry, it was a pleasurable experience and one that I would recommend over and over again."

"Excellent customer service.  Self-installed security system and called customer service a couple times -- very helpful.

"Very professional, I'll recommend to friends and family thanks."

"Mike Smith has done numerous jobs for me. He has always been prompt, reliable, honest, and very trustworthy- efficient and professional in every way. The first job he did for me was painting my house. Many compliments on my home were given by friends and people around the neighborhood. Since then Mike has painted and remodeled bathrooms; plus done other jobs for me. I have recommended him to both family and friends and they too have been way satisfied with his work. Also, they have referred him to others. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone."

"There were many things wrong in my computer (my fault and letting grandchildren on computer) Robert was so helpful, gave me many good instructions to keep everything safe, which I have written down, feel like I have a new computer. He was so excellent and experienced, took his time and was meticulous about what needed to be done. He was a pleasure to work with and I will use this company again! Linda Disy"
