He took a lot of money, took his time, lied about purchasing materials and didn't bother to receive approved permits before building. He bypassed 2 critical inspections before I caught on. I now need a landscaper to repair the majority of my front yard as it's mud and full of the gravel he carelessly dumped into it. I need to find someone to fix his mess and had to hire an attorney to try and get my money back. He also had no problem rinsing and dumping concrete into my yard. His crew was seen and overheard looking up and using building techniques on YouTube. He was fired as soon as I found out there were no permits and before he could rip my house apart any further. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this man.

I called Jason for an estimate. He came out to see the property and gave me an estimate. After receiving a permit, he performed the job expeditiously.

Jason did an excellent job repairing the driveway. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Everything went as planned. The work took about 5 days to complete. It involved removing the old sidewalk and driveway apron, putting in the edging forms, pouring the concrete, smoothing out and finishing the concrete, and finally sawing grooves for stress relief. They took care of obtaining the required construction permit and city approval. Care was taken not to damage the roots of the trees, so the sidewalk rises slightly up and over the roots where necessary. They replaced the soil in the spaces where the forms were removed, and patched with asphalt where the driveway meets the sidewalk. The sidewalk looks extremely good. The workmanship was very professional.
Description of Work
They replaced 98 feet of 6-foot-wide sidewalk in front of my home, and put in a new driveway apron. The original sidewalk was badly broken up by tree roots, and the city required that it be replaced at my expense.

When I first contacted Jason for an estimate he responded very quickly. However; Jason was not as prompt when the appointment was made. He missed the original appointment without a call explaining why he was not going to come. There may have been a misunderstanding about the original appointment. Jason did come to the second appointment. He completed the work promptly and was very conscious about cleaning up after finishing the job.

Removed a section of carpet and replace the capet tack strip with a new one where the captet and tile connect in our camper.

Jason told me to order roll off dumpster and he was supposed to pay for it but hasn't done that and now the company is turning me into a collection agency. I thought Jason Flynn did a good job but wasn't pleased with his subcontractors. I wish he would pay for the dumpster to get the collection agency off my back. I had him paint and he never gave me an estimate even though I asked him 3 times. After the fact I thought the price for the paint work with additional things was too high. Make sure you get an estimate signed in contract if you use them.
