"I am very happy with my permanent lights . My house looks beautiful and I am not worry anymore to be outside in the cold weather to decorate my house for Christmas. "Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Would definitely order from them."

"Scheduling the appointment was the hardest part of this job.  The owner was unresponsive. It took a long time just to get the appointment scheduled.  The two installers who showed up were nice.  They were clear on the requirements to install the fans, including the need to install special converters to the wiring.  They worked quickly and efficiently ( I did pre-assemble the fans as much as I could to help save time). They were clean.  The job was done well.  I would hire them again.  I would just like the owner to work a little on his customer service skills.

"They actually arrived the same day, which was nice. His estimate was $758, which was outrageous. This was to exchange a bathroom fixture in one bathroom, change one light to two sconces in another bathroom, and reposition a wire which required a junction box. I had him only reposition the wire for $158, which means he was charging $700 for three lights. The junction box was not up to code because it is inaccessible."
