He measured and answered all questions and concerns. He knows his product and company well. He was quite the gentleman and professional. After several estimates from other awning companies at competitive prices, Alex was the final reason I went with Marygrove. Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would. Installers were friendly and professional and had the awning installed in an hour and a half. They gave a demonstration of how the awning operates and answered all questions. Weve had the awning for 2 days and are quite happy with it. We will see how it holds up over the next year and then perhaps provide an update!"

"Steve Miller was great to work with... he was factual in his presentation, not mentioning his biggest competitor in this area..(only answered questions in comparison to his fabrics (160 +colors and schemes). Was more than happy with the installation, even though I did doubt the claim his product would stand up to the high winds in this area.. My fears were not warranted, after Elite adjusted the wind sensors and pitch of my awning I was amazed...my awning can withstand constant winds of at least 15 mph or so, and will not retract when there is a momentary gust of 20 or more..Although, a little costly, I would recommend SUNESTA and it's warranty..P.S. Steve & Dave are great guys to deal with..."

"I actually hired SH Construction for two projects. He tucked and pointed my chimneys and then I hired him to repair the asphalt and seal the driveway. The driveway was particularly challanging because it is long, steep, with no on street parking and is shared by three homes. Shawn worked with all of us to accomodate everyone's schedule. After the sealant was applied it rained non stop for over 12 hours washing much of the sealant off. Shawn and his crew came back out and applied another coat. I am extremely satisfied with the work completed and would hire Shawn again ."

"These workers were courteous. Hard working and conscientous. The ground was soft so could not drive a truck onto the lawn, and this being a 50 tree could not complete the work as requested. They did however take care of alot of problem branches and a bit more not originally requested. They tried to accomodate where they could."
