I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. Pickets can sit as much as 6 inches off the ground, but setting it any higher could let pets in or out of your yard unintentionally.
