HomeWise Remodeling and Home Maintenance is a small, local company designed to meet your needs for a cost that is less than the big companies. With only a couple of employees we are able to complete your projects in a timley fasion at a lower cost. HomeWise will accept checks, and financing is available depending on the circumstances. We do not accept payment by credit card at this time, but will soon be set up for that type of payment.

When estimate is requested, then 50% down is required. Final bill is submitted when job is completed with remaining balance due. Only cash or checks.
