"I reside in an apartment in Perrysburg, OH and my apartment complex contracts with Steamex and has been a client of theirs for quite some time. I have lived in the same apartment and have had a carpet cleaning once a year for the past 5 years. During each carpet cleaning, I have experienced wonderful service each time. "Delving worked to send a tech the same day I called, even though I didnâ t spot the Yellowjackets infesting my porch until the afternoon. Micah was knowledgeable, explained the insects behavior and the reason for their sudden appearance, and wiped them out. Then, he examined the whole property to check for any other issues. He found and treated a carpenter ant colony we hadnâ t known was there, which was posing a danger to a large tree overhanging our house! Iâ m thoroughly satisfied and will definitely be calling Delving if we have any other nasty invaders."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
