(I had been giving my dog turmeric chews for her arthritis and unfortunately, it caused permanent discoloration of the carpet fibers.) I trusted his judgement and chose not to have him bother trying. Although we are still left with the stains, I was very impressed with Blake's promptness and HONESTY!!! I expected to pay a fee for his time, but he didn't even charge me to look at the carpet. I asked for a few of his business cards and have already given one to a friend who needs carpet cleaning."
