I covered one side of the closet clothing with plastic. I received a call from that tech indicating that he was done but that the plastic came off and he didn't want to come down until the clothes were covered again. Very considerate and customer focused. Very happy with their work and with the two that came to inspect and resolve my issue. A week later and no issues or noises."

"We are paying on a fence that has been a 7 month project and going. Almost TEN no shows. When they have showed, sometimes they’ve worked until midnight, pounding. The most nonsense business we’ve ever experienced. Multiple mistakes, still waiting on corrections. We have to board our dog every time they say they come and we literally paid for boarding 10 times without them coming, without letting us know.
