We try to go every month. They seem to be very caring with my dog and that's the main thing. The personnel seem to be very caring and very friendly. That's the reason I keep going back.

I kept hearing the same response from the manager --We only get what corporate sends us. I requested that he notify corporate headquarters of my and other customers' requests. One manager gave me a corporate card and told me to make a request myself. I emailed; I called the office in Arizona--I received no response. On November 7 I called the Polaris Petsmart and was told they now had a variety of Chanukah toys hanging in the food aisle. (I don't know why the toys couldn't be placed with the rest of the holiday toys.) When I shopped at the store on November 8, there was only one Chanukah toy --the same tired loofah toy from last year.
Apparently Petsmart has no concern for customer requests or diversity. They have lost my business.

They have a large variety which is a good thing. There is nothing really good or bad I could say about them.

This was my puppy's first grooming experience. She looked good and did not seem traumatized. I took about 2 hours (which is standard). I plan on taking my other poodles to Jamie at Petsmart @ Polaris for their grooming needs.

Wonderful - we get a puppy cut (very short) and they do a great job. At 9 years old she still looks like a puppy!

It went well but when I arrived no one was in the grooming salon and I stood there ringing the bell and waiting for about 15 minutes, when they finally did show up it was sort of like I was bothering them and the took my dog with no explanation and when I said should I just wait they finally said no it'll be three hours, which I didn't realize why I had made an appointment if it was going to take three hours to give a dog a bath. The service was terrible but Rudy, my dog, did look nice once he was done. I really only went to use the coupon and I'm not really sure if I'd go back again.

It always goes well. We drop the dogs off on schedule and Misty calls us when they are close to being done. They never mind going, so I know she takes good care of them. The dogs are always well-groomed and happy when we pick them up.

Very well! The girls looked great and seemed to have a very good time. Lisa was very thorough and did an excellent job. We got many compliments on how great the dogs looked after their visit!

The staff here does a great job. They are really friendly and they know us by now, so they like when the dogs come in. It's neat to see that they care about the animals, it's not just a job to them. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it in the end.

With the packages they offer I am satisfied with their service. They are attentive and it is a good value.

I used Petsmart for my dog's grooming several times. They were always calling to ask for more time with my dog. I had a very busy day and made special arrangements and planned my entire day around the time span that they had quoted including my own work schedule. I had an appointment for 1:00pm and was told it would take 3-31/2 hrs. When I went to drop my dog off the day of my appointment, they wanted to keep him longer than what I was told on the phone. I had to go to work and I couldn't leave him for that long. When I questioned the long time span they said they were busy and couldn't complete the job any sooner. I had to leave without my dog ever getting groomed. They never apologized for the inconvenience or time change. They didn't seem to care if they kept my business or not. I would not recommend them ever again. Very poorly run business.

THE SECOND TIME WE WENT WE HAD TO SEE A SUPERVISOR TO HAVE THE CUT REDONE. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DID FIX THE PROBLEM WHEN THE SUPERVISOR REDID THE DOG.
