"Frontpoint customer service was great. However, the product is self install, which wasn't for everyone. Because of the trim on our doors, we had to scotch tape the alarm , and it constantly falls off. Of course we cannot cancel the product since its been past the 30 days but its disappointing its not made for all door types.

I needed service on the system and received poor customer service and outrageous pricing for a small service needed. That inspired me to look elsewhere for a new security system provider. I came across Jeremy and Larry from 1st Security LLC and all I can say, being a person in the service industry, they came through big time.
