I always felt like a priority and he got work done when he said he would. His crew is very friendly and I had NO concerns about leaving them on the site without me. We are very happy with the work he's done for us. They would go the extra mile and never took shortcuts. I was very involved with our project, overseeing all stages of the build. Eli was the only contractor who didn't take shortcuts or try and get out of fixing a mistake. He was always willing to address any issue that came up and didn't make me feel as though I was wasting his time for asking questions and making suggestions. It is hard to find competent and trustworthy contractors these days, but Eli and his crew were instrumental in helping us finish our home. I highly recommend his services."

"****DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON ANY MONEY**** We hired Ben Elsen DBA PR Outdoor Services on February 11th, 2021 to perform an extensive hardscape/landscape project. After several revisions, we settled on a price of $8500. We paid a DEPOSIT of $4250, and our install date was scheduled for May 4-5. We tried to contact Ben for a week prior to the install date with no response. THE DAY BEFORE INSTALL we got a phone call to inform us that he could not or WOULD NOT do the job. We received a text stating that he would be refunding our deposit. As of TODAY 14 days later, Ben has not refunded our money and will NOT RESPOND to ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION!!!! Luckily, we paid with a credit card and the bank is going to go after him. Otherwise, we would be out of luck. Do NOT make the same mistake."
