For all jobs I do ask for half the contracted payment to be paid before the job is started, an the other half to be paid at the time of completion. There is also available options for a payment plan, but same as the full payment option half of the contracted billing cost must be paid before the start of the job. For the the security of the business and for the home owner all jobs that are to be contracted with my company will have fully legal binding contracts for either full payment or payment plans an for the work that is done by Smith' s quality home repair &remodeling. I'm also fully insured.
