"Im very disappointed. We have to have pictures taken tomorrow to have for when we lost our house for sale. I walked through my house with Michelle and told her I would like the walls and baseboard cleaned. We have four boys so the dirt on walls is noticeable. When I came home it was obvious walls and base boards were not touched, dining room and kitchen floor was not washed/scrubbed, bathroom cabinets were not cleaned, they did not clean under furniture. For $350 I had hoped for a near immaculate clean. That was without windows included. I will be spending my night scrubbing walls and base boards and the floor and I am incredibly upset over it. We have very busy lives and we stretched our budget for this service thinking it would deliver and it did not. I hope they will attempt to rectify it."
