"The owner, Willis, called immediately to come to the house to give a quote. He said because it was a small job, so he would fit it in when he's working in the area. And that's what happened. He called one day to be sure we'd be home. He came and did the deck repairs in 2 hours. We were extremely satisfied with the arrangement and with the outcome. Willis did more than he originally thought, but stayed with the original estimate. He was polite and respectful of our property."
