Installation was scheduled for approximately one week later on Saturday with a 7 hour window of arrival. The morning of install, i received text updates for time of arrival, and they arrived at the precise time they said they would. Installers were friendly and professional and had the awning installed in an hour and a half. They gave a demonstration of how the awning operates and answered all questions. Weve had the awning for 2 days and are quite happy with it. We will see how it holds up over the next year and then perhaps provide an update!"
