Description of Work: We had some scheduling issues, but Todd was so flexible and friendly, the process was very low stress. He installed the solatube in our loft area in one day. It has been about 4 months now and I LOVE it. It adds so much light in the loft and makes the space so much more usable. I highly recommend Todd, I felt very comfortable having him in my home and he did a great job on the project.

Description of Work: A Solatube skylight was installed in my interior bathroom. It is wonderful! I had it installed directly above the tub, and had it wired to my exhaust fan. The light (which is really bright!) comes on when a person takes a shower. During the day it lights the room and the hallway - both of which were very dark. Anyone with a dark spot in their home should consider one of these!

Description of Work: We went to the showroom to research Solatubes product and see them actually installed. The owner knew that we were looking to install them in a Florida house we were purchasing but was very helpful and informative and enthusiastic about the product. We would have used them if we were staying in Columbus. We did have them installed and really like them (in Florida)!

My initial consultation was over the phone and the gentleman was very helpful and provided as much information as was possible over the phone. They arrived for their appointment on-time, and before performing the work, they explained all the details to me, alleviating some concerns I had with placement. Once my questions were answered they got right to work, being careful to protect my furnishings. As they worked, I asked questions about what they were doing and how the units work. They seemed very excited about their product and were more than happy to share the details with me. Initially I was only going to have one unit installed in my living room, but I was so impressed with the results that I decided to have a second unit installed. While they were waiting for me to decide on the second unit, they went above and beyond and gave me some advice about a crack in my ceiling. Overall it was a great experience. They were very professional while still remaining personable and seemed to be focused on making the customer happy by providing a job well done.
Description of Work: I had two Solatube Daylight units installed in my living room.
