"When your A/C quits working and it's 90 degrees you want help fast. They came quickly; diagnosed the issue; ordered parts and came back the next day to fix the problem(s). They even offered a portable a/c system while I waited for the next day parts. I didn't take the portable but appreciated the offer. Working fine now and its been 24 hours so I think it is all good. Pricing was fair under the circumstances. I'd recommend them. They showed me some video of how they do duct cleaning in case I wanted a quote on that. Pretty cool. Nice guys."

Another technician came out to replace the motor and a few other parts within a week (we still had heat and we chose to schedule it this way). The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. "Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.
