"Duncan Plumbing did a wonderful job! I had a leaking hot water tank on New Year's Eve. and called and spoke with Josh. The fact he answered the phone on New Year's Eve. was amazing and calmed my nerves from anxiety. Josh and Jesse came out on New Year's Day to replace my hot water tank. They updated everything to code from what I had prior. Both Josh and Jesse were very polite, kept my home clean, and cleaned up the area when they were finished with the job. It was unfortunate the tank leaked on a holiday, but I could not have asked for a better team to handle the situation in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their service in the future as needed."

We do sub-contract our employees. The owner (Kevin Henceroth) comes out and looks at the problem and gives a appropriate idea what he would do to fix the problem and give a reasonable price. Kevin would then write out a proposal and break it down of what he would do to fix or complete the job. The homeowner etc would sign the proposal to give permission to Henceroth Construction to fix the appropriate problem.

"We were recently notified by the city that are story and sewer lines were crossed, and they needed to be separated. Our house failed a downspout dye test used by the city. We contracted with Angelo to give us an estimate of the work. We scheduled an initial appointment (date and time) and the day of he didn't show... I called him and he said he got busy, and re-scheduled. On this occasion he came out and recommended he video scope the lines to learn more about the connection, which we agreed to ($450). This fee was paid, we learned very little about our program, and we never heard again from the vendor."
