Name was provided on a list from Lorain Bldg Dept. I had turned to city after several calls to providers from Angieslist did not work out. Called on 5/20 and Kevin came same afternoon with another man. He did a very thorough assessment of the project. This was the first provider of several companies that I had previously called, that had actually properly examined the project and figured out the best way to proceed. Provided estimate on 5/22. Began work on 5/23 and finished on 5/24/13. According to previous companies that had come out, they had indicatedd that this was a complex job and would be extremely costly. From his explanation of the job he was going to do, I felt he had the experience and know-how. He clean-up after the job. He was punctual and very professional.

My experience with him was excellent. He came out when he said he would be. He tried not to have his fire fighting job interfere with this job, but I understood. One day there was an emergency, but he was out the very next day. He worked diligently. He had everything that he needed. I cannot say anything bad about him. He finished up the work nicely; he cleaned up after himself. He also took care of the area where the digging was.

It was terrible. I would not recommend them. There were issues and he said, "Just trust me. I will come back." It took several calls for him to come back. The work was done poorly.
