Took some time to get an appointment as other customers had more urgent power loss problems. Once appointment was scheduled, it went well.

What a great experience working with this company. I had estimates from three different electricians. From the very first meeting with Andy Cullen, I was sure I wanted his company to do the work. I still took time to compare the estimates and although he wasn't the cheapest (all were within about $100), I was most impressed with his friendly, enthusiastic personality. His estimate was incredibly detailed, which fit my style perfectly. And once I was ready to schedule the work, there was no delay - they were able to schedule me for the following week when I would be off work. The team arrived and couldn't have been more polite or professional and they were very efficient in getting the work done. Although the original estimate described that holes would have to be cut in my wall, they were able to get the work done without having to do that which saved me the cost of repairs! The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend them and would hire them again in the future.

Somewhat expensive but I think they are qualified.

We were quoted for $600. And the lady who came out to do the quote was really pushing for me to get a new electric panel which would be an additional $2000 approximately, I had to tell her point blank, that we were absolutely not doing that, multiple times. Also, she stated some of our dry wall would have to be ripped out in order to access wiring. I had another company do all of our requested repairs, and more, for $220, and no dry wall was ripped out in any way, shape or form. He also assured me that our electric panel is just fine for now. ........ BIG difference in price there. $600 versus $220........

I had a DIY DOH! and snapped the wires for my doorbell to the point they vanished in the wall. I called the office, spoke to Andy, and lucked out with a next-day appointment. Lilly showed up, very friendly and very professional. It didn't take long for everything to be ship-shape again. She cleaned up after herself and made sure I was happy with her work before disappearing into a rainstorm.

Cullen Electric did a great job. They finished earlier than expected and cleaned up the drywall mess so that the house felt like there hadn't been any mess to begin with. The supervisor was kind and I felt very comfortable with the team that completed the project. Thank you!

Job went fine and must have passed inspection (I didn't have to be present for that). Permit was required due to necessary re-connection to overhead service because of damaged weatherhead, which added significantly to the cost, but was the correct way to do the job. Very courteous service. Would use Cullen again.

After 2 other companies didn't come through for us, we called Cullen. They got someone out to do a quote within two hours, and had the work done the next day. All of the people we spoke to on the phone and that came to our home were very polite and professional, and eager to help get to us as quickly as possible. We were very pleased with their service and would definitely hire them again.

Excellent, arrived on time, everything was done well.

They charged $350 for that. The tech that came out was new and charged me for time he spent going back to the depot to pick up a part that he should have had on the truck and didn’t. That was kind a confusing and that is the reason why the next job was free.

We had a house fire and we contacted them through Angie’s List and they were essential. They did a great job and the price was right. They are easy to work with.

Great. Andy came out and looked at the work that had been previously done and said it was quality work. There were a few outlets that needed to be tightened, but he made us feel a whole lot better that we weren't going to run into 5-digit electrical costs in the next few years, more like less than $500. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.

The electricians arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. They were efficient, professional and cleaned up after work was complete. I will definitely call again.

Very professional and very knowledgeable. Very please with the work. I had some joker that came in prior to their visit and broke the said light that they had to fix. They didn't break anything in fact they cleaned up after themselves and wore booties. Very polite and respectful not just towards the people in my home but my property as well. Thank you

I couldn't recommend Cullen Electric more highly. I would give them an A+ in every category. Owner Andrew Cullen was incredibly helpful and generous with his time suggesting a very simple, cost effective, solution to an electrical project that saved me thousands of dollars.

We signed the quote on a Thursday, we're ready to issue the down payment the next day and have the work completed the following week. The owner called on late Friday and said he had a bigger commercial job he previously quoted come in and that our job would be delayed a minimum of 5 weeks. When asked if there were any other prior quotes that would delay our job further, I got no response. I understand his reason for prioritizing the bigger job but we should have been told this was a possibility up front. We chose another electrician because of reliability concerns with Cullen Electric.

Lily performed the work. She was very efficient and her work was very neat and tidy.

From the very first contact, Andy and his staff were incredibly professional and friendly to speak with. Will was sent out the next day to do a review of the job and give an estimate. Will was easy going, respectful of our home, highly knowledgable about the work ahead. Once we received the estimate, they were able to schedule the work around our schedule. Will and partner came out to complete work and were wonderful...going above and beyond a number of times. He made sure all items were installed to our satisfaction and even made sure that we had fixtures like the motion detecting lights adjusted to our desired preferences. We would highly recommend Andy and his team, and would not hesitate to call them for future work.

They did a great job installing the 2 bathroom fans. The 2 electricians showed up when they said they would, they were polite, friendly, and efficiently got the job done.

Estimate provided quickly. It was fair and appropriate to service provided. All phone calls and emails were answered promptly and professionally. Very friendly service! The electricians were courteous, cleaned up the area thoroughly so they left it better than they found it! Very pleased with Cullen Electric.

When I called (directly), I mentioned that I was going to buy an Angie's list coupon of $109 for a free estimate & an hours work. The person who answered said that I didn't need to buy the coupon, that they would honor that price & condition. The person who came was very courteous, prompt, & professional. He even offered to buy 2 more efficient bulbs, which he went to Home Depot for. He then proceeded to charge us $233.50. When I mentioned that I was told about honoring the Angie's list coupon, he told us that he was giving us a $20 discount on the visit so this was a better deal. I hate having a discussion about prices so I proceeded to pay. But I won't use this company again.

Everyone we have encountered through Cullen is professional and friendly. The work was completed timely, and although there were a few glitches with equipment after the initial repair, Andy and his team have been prompt, profession and displayed amazing customer service. We would/will defiantly use and recommend them again.
